Please expect shipping delays due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We are working diligently and to the best of our ability to ensure the safe delivery of your orders.


Both standard and express orders are processed (i.e. prepared for shipment) within 1-2 business weeks. Peak times (e.g. holidays) or a particularly high volume of orders may delay shipment. Please note that custom items are made-to-order and require 2-4 business weeks to be produced before they are shipped. Preorder items ship within 3-4 business weeks from the date of purchase.

Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address the order was placed under. If you do not receive a tracking number for your order within 20 business days from the date of purchase (excl. custom and preorder items), please contact us immediately at with your order number so that we may assist you regarding the status of your order. 

After an order is shipped, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Standard shipping (i.e. First Class Package) typically takes about 5-7 days for domestic orders and 7-21 days for international orders depending on the destination. Express shipping (i.e. Priority Mail Express) usually takes about 1-3 days for domestic orders and 3-5 days for international orders according to the destination. Please note that the free shipping option (available for U.S. orders $50+) falls under standard shipping.

After we dispatch orders with our mail carrier, USPS, we no longer have control over them or how fast they arrive. Your order will be delivered within the timeframe of the shipping method you selected at checkout. Depending on the destination, orders may take longer to arrive due to couriers or customs inspections. However, in the event of an unusually long delay in delivery (e.g. if your tracking page has not updated in over 6 weeks), please contact USPS for further assistance regarding the location of your package.

Please note that we are not responsible for orders that are misplaced or lost in transit by USPS.
