In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged due to mail carrier handling, however, please email us immediately at email@example.com with evidence of damage (e.g. a clear photo), and you may qualify for a refund. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please allow 5-7 business days for a response as we receive a high volume of emails each day.
